Came to celebrate my wedding anniversary and could not be more disappointed. Not a 5 stars hotel and even less the customer service you receive in here. The quality definitely doesn’t match a 5 stars hotel. Way overpriced for what you get in this place. Not recommending this hotel nor coming back.

Very noisy place. They rent the bar on premises to other non hotel guests for parties. Very difficult to get a good rest and would not recommend this place. Staff friendly, little English but poorly organized property.

The place is very expensive for average quality, horrible breakfast that even serves uneaten products from the previous day. not worth the price charged

This is an amazing hotel by the northeast coast village in Ceara state of Brasil. Fantastic idea with the romantic view from all the rooms to a private pool (upstairs ones) or major pool (downstairs). All employee extreme attentive. Not used to name nobody, but Hostess Mariana deserves special honor medallion! So helpful and friendly, giving us many tips best places to go or nice meals. Food and menu wonderful at the hotel, even with a menu degustation. My only regards concerns about the need to restore some kind of abrasive itens (no big deal on that) and also the needs to reduce the noise among the rooms.

Nice stay overall. Great location on the beach, nice pool, staff are friendly, good breakfast, room is decent sized and bed is comfortable.
WiFi on the other hand is spotty and slow and the overall condition of the property could be improved a bit. For example, almost all the small pools on the upper level leak, which means that for the lower rooms, it looks like it’s constantly raining.

A beleza do lugar é indescritível! Os colaboradores são atenciosos. O quarto é muito confortável com vista para o mar e acesso à piscina. O menu do chefe (jantar) é uma experiência única, fiquei apaixonada por cada detalhe. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muitas opções. Com certeza um lugar que vale a pena conhecer! ❤️ Recomendo!!!

Foi uma experiência horrível, não deveria ser identificado como hotel, talvez hotel, pois a recepção foi feita por um rapaz chamado Leandro, super atencioso, mas num balcão na entrada do lugar, tive que levar minha bagagem na entrada e saída, tive problemas com o travesseiro e ao reclamar fui informada que não havia outro pra substituir. O colchao era tao mole que afundava ao deitar. O café da manhã era bem fraco, somente um funcionário chamado João foi acolhedor e simpático. Enfim, uma frieza pra quem fez quase 4 mil km em busca de conforto e bom atendimento. Eu sempre avalio positivamente os lugares que visito mas infelizmente desta vez não foi possível. Ah, e tem mais, sabíamos que poderíamos usufruir das piscinas do outro hotel deles, mas não era possível e a piscina do Essenza estava suja, com pedaços de pão e laranja em suas águas.

Non un 5 stelle. Pulizia appena accettabile Lenzuola e biancheria bagno vecchia e non particolarmente pulita. Le lenzuola non sono stirate e sono un po’ umide. Piscina carina ma non sembra ben pulita Colazione abbastanza triste Posizione unica cosa bella

Hotel maravilhoso, desde os quartos, piscina, praia…mas a cereja do bolo é o atendimento dos colaboradores, no café Robson, na piscina Mizael e Arno. Pessoas de excelente atendimento e muito gentis. Personalizado, seletivo e tudo de primeira. O spa tb com suas massagens, maravilhoso. Com certeza voltarei a Jeri, mas sem dúvida para o Essenza.
